Dear Dr. Marta, I hope you are well! I’m on my way to New Delhi and thank you again for your crucial help on my journey! I’m enjoying listening to the morning sounds but I confess it’s not being as regular as I’d like. I love to hear them, I feel relaxed and less anxious. In the meantime, I remembered the vision board with the “therapeutic” phrases, and I think I’ll need it. I think there is evolution in my process of self-knowledge. On Sunday I went to Rishikesh (it was intense but fun) and when I returned I felt the need to listen to our recording in full that night, because I confess that at home I did not have the opportunity to hear it all. “Some curtains fell” as they say, and I phrased the sentences on my vision board. In my room, where I will be for 14 nights, there is a Lakshmi poster and not all rooms have the same poster. As for Ganesh, his statue is in the little temple that the Institute has. My search continues and I am processing a lot of information, feelings and emotions be it through meditations or small conversations. I remember you a lot and, in a certain way, I have passed on the word, hoping that a very strong chain will form. Thank you again for your words.

By the end of our talk, the swelling totally subsided and next days stopped even itching! So it hurts only 2.5 days while the previous ones hurt for 5 days! I have been feeling that my son is more connected to himself, communicating his will more often despite his shy personality and sometimes reserved, I feel he does not keep so much for himself, expressing sometimes through a shout, a dance or a deeper conversation.
Also in recent times I have felt him much more himself, without interference … as we spoke, there have been times when this was not the case.
I feel him very resistant, strong and at the same time serene when facing challenges, particularly health ones.
And in this area of health, which has been highlighted in my son’s life in recent years, it seems that now things are showing up with an energy of resolution.

"SOUND MEDICINE: THAT NIGHT SHE HAD QUITE A GOOD SLEEP; THE BEST NIGHT IN OUR LIFE"
My daughter usually sleeps for an hour or so and then would be awake because of her skin problem. Then I will have to comfort her and put her back to sleep. Basically, I do not have any personal time in the night. I’ve been going to bed with her since her birth. Interesting that you mentioned the sound medicine (remote, on the 7th) – that night she had quite a good sleep from 8pm to 2am. Usually she would wake up at least twice or more. The 11th was the best night in her life (and mine). She slept very well that she didn’t wake up. She had some small twists and turns but no crying or scratching at all. The frequency of getting up is not as often as before. Thought you would like to know. Thank you!
